I have been at my 1st job for 1 year. I have managed to save Kshs 120,000. Deep inside I feel more of an entrepreneur, I also dont love my job that much btw. Please help me decide between:
1) Stay at my current job for one more year (accumulate more savings) and use my current savings to buy a plot of land hoping it will accumulate interest within one year adding capital. If you support this idea, please suggest an ideal area to buy a plot at this amount or slightly higher.
2) Use my savings to start a business NOW. If you support this idea please contribute ideas of viable businesses that require small capital.

* One of my ideas is to start a small boutique shop. Mostly targeting ladies. Have ideas on where I can source new clothes and handbags?

God can be realized through all paths. All religions are true. The important thing is to reach the roof. You can reach it by stone stairs or by wooden stairs or by bamboo steps or by a rope. You can also climb up by a bamboo pole.

Stay at your job until you have a good business idea, that is proven, up, running, and making money.

Best,
