Any Skerian who has tried export of fruits and vegatables. I want to try this biz and will helpful to know the problems I may encounter

@Xtina,here's how got the parcel. I convinced dad that that if the business picks up,he'll never fork out a coin for my upkeep (education mostly),i would learn on and from the venture,offer assistance in management of the farm when he's away,apply school work and give him a 'reward' from my returns. Worth noting,i had won my mum's support and she did influence dad. Importantly,i had already planted in the nurseries and prepared some bit of land before seeking his authority -' Tell the world what you intend to do,but first show it'

@Alfa,low demand in some months,very stringent hygene and food safety measures (if they find a strand of human hair in,say french beans,you are in trouble),delayed payments,high infrastructural capital outlay and,but not always,stiff competition.
Above all remember that obstacles are what we see when we take our eyes away from our goals.

fellow skerians,

the going has been great.

i ventured into IT,Agriculture & Hotel industries. Tidy returns have made there way into my bank acount.

Yesterday,I even gave a tithe of a respectable amount,five figure,to say the least.

BTW after tithing why brag here...tayari you have received your reward.... tithing and offerings are supposed to be a secret between you and your God
