There is a message from Safaricom doing the rounds.
Top-up using a scratch card TODAY and get 100% bonus airtime Free e.g. top-up with bamba 20 get 20/- free airtime. Offer valid for the first top-up only.
I topped up with 1000 but still waiting for the doubling to occur.
If this a hoax?
