They raise power tariffs at their convenience and if anyone makes noise... BLACK OUT!! Also with more power expected from Bujagali and Karuma (5-7 years) comes more revenue. If its ever to list, its a buy for me.

For one simple reason, BRITAK with all its wise advisors had its IPO during a bear run!! Even a blue chip company would be taking a massive risk eh! Ugandan company IPOs have a knack for targeting the bull.
