Surely, creating a Facebook account called Barrack Obama or Kim Jung Il is free and bila any vetting. There are folks on this planet who have hundreds of Facebook accounts. All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.
