I am so happy and so proud of these guys!!!!!! I have never been so proud to be Kenyan!! This is total domination, stamping our feet and beating our chest for the whole world to see!!! We are the best!!!!! We are the champions!!!!!! We are number 2 again, ahead of Russia and they have no way of catching up!!!! Over to you Eliud Kipchoge, Isaiah Koech and Thomas Longosiwa, watch out for that British Wariah, Mo Farah. He will try and snatch what is rightfully ours but don't let him. Bring that 5000 metre Gold Medal home where it belongs.

Even if Russia pip us (am watching the women's hammer) to No 2 overall, this has been a phenomenal performance by our girls n boys.
