Please note it is also in my best interest for the U.S not to print worthless USDs as that is now Zim's functional currency. If you persist, we can always switch to the Yuan

I just put the continental names of the BRIC countries. I do not like lumping Africa while all the other countries are represented individually. I would prefer BRICKE but BRICSA would be more viable at the moment.

You still dont get it, this notion of lumping Africa together is why you will find Americans who ask me if Kenya is the capital of Africa or even worse, who think I must have suffered alot before coming to US coz the entire Africa is starving and dying of AIDS.

good to see a thread that's throwing light on mutual funds and other investments. people bash mutual funds but not everyone has the knack to do investments in stocks/shares so keep posting and enlighten the rest

Mutual funds are for those either without financial education, or those who are too busy to read the markets and take action themselves. Whichever way you look at it, the real winners in mutual funds are the mutual funds companies. At best, mutual funds ensure that you are balance enough in the sense that if one stock is performing badly, the other may be doing ok; end game result: you either lose or at best remain stagnant. I suggest you read Kiyosaki's Conspiracy of the Rich.
