Living far from home has some disadvantages. Those of you working and living in Kenya, has Sameer business park began to attract any tenants? If so, will this lift its profits? By the way does the sameer own this property directly or is it a group thing, if so where does this leave sameer stockholders?

the slow occupation pace at this mega structure is worrying,now 1 year after completion,not even 1/4 full,whats not happening here?

bn wondering the same or right concept,wrong timing maybe should have come after konzaa is developed and full.
