I wish there was another way out.

The Woman I married : Edwin Waiyaki

The woman I married,
Is an outright bone shaker,
For a full decade,
She had banged a type writer
And now in substitution
Bangs the crockery
Until my house sounds like a factory

The noise keeps her sane
they say
.

Is Eddie Wai happy or complaining?

That would make me happy. I'd like my house to be a factory; that would mean that it is churning out money-making goods and services.

If he is complaining, it's his own fault; he needs to RUN his house. I run mine. It doesn't matter that she is a hard-core independent woman, a tough Nyeri-style Kikuyu girl educated in Riruta and in the US for uni. I like that. I like a strong, smart CFO or COO, but I will never give up the CEO seat, until they are falling all over my casket at Lee funeral home.

My advice is to pay a nice big bride price, and then, if you have reasonable issues that you can't resolve in-house, lean on your in-laws and the large investment that you have made with them. No worries; they should offer interest-free financing, and as long as your payments are on time and buying lots of nyama choma, topping up DSTV, Johnnie Mtembezi, and paying some over-priced KPLC bills, your word should have some weight. A few 60" LCDs and a Prado, and you might run your in-laws's house, too. Laughing out loudly

What is peace in your home, and success in your ventures worth to you?

How would I run a business with hundreds or thousands of reports if I couldn't run my own house?

It's a democracy until it reaches my doorstep. Then, welcome to the dictatorship.

Best,

Hill
