I'm sure she had tried to adopt a husband but it proved more difficult than adopting a child. Congrats to her all the same. I hope she adoption was meant to help the child as opposed to fitting into her plans, work schedule etc. She's definitely not my cup of tea - not even close - but I'm sure the kid will be well taken care of. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
