In verse 12 to 18 of chapter 13 deuteronomy, God is advising the jews to attack the town and completely destroy it including livestock. Then you must pile all the plunder in the middle of the open square and burn it. Burn the entire town as a burnt offering to the lord your God.
That is exactly what I would do when am high on top grade green leaves. This God must have been from the stock of Rastafarian deities.
By they way, why would livestock be subjected to destruction although they were not part of the idol worship? Is that a just God giving such commands?
Read Deut 16 verse 18 - 20. Makes a lot of sense and is applicable in the modern day Judicially system in Kenya.
