Kamaa send me details of the London Distillers plots. I believe they are next to Sabaki. ( the Namanga/ Mombasa road spagetti junction). Just wondering about that price because the sabaki plots are going for almost 600,000.00 for an 1/8.

Hi good people. Asking for your opinion. I got these 2 plots each 40x60, adjascent to each other at UTAWALA shopping centre, next to City council borehole.The owner is asking for 600k each. Is this a good deal. Am a bit new in that area and i really value the advice u will give. Thanks
