Congrats. I don't know whether you go to church or not but make sure the kid goes to church before he goes to school. If you're a Christian you're probably aware that you're only a guardian and that his real father is in Heaven. It's also true that the kid is loved more by God than by all of us combined. Therefore, make sure he grows up to call God, dad.

So this guy can talk something else a part from UK and Smart Octopus?

@Famooz
...2 hours is the minimum...Woe unto you if the magigilet sleeps during the day and would like to discuss with you some issues the whole night...You will have to walk the all over the place singing all lullabies mpaka zile unajua zinaisha...then you have to compose your own...A friend of mine was almost carrying the 'Dossylet' to the nearest pub beacuse 4 hours of walking around was too much...Na mama alisema amechoka na anataka kulala...BUT A NICE EXPERIENCE IF YOU ASK ME...

Some babies are calm all the way.. Learnt your baby's personality and work towards all of you sleeping at night. It works. A baby will for example not sleep if you are walking around for 2 hours in a well lit sitting room! Wacha akae kwa giza ajue when it is dark, people sleep.
....above all, to stand.

@Dossy,
Don't be a silly dad like Magigismile .Nunua red label and hide it in the house.If Dosslet insists on talking to you at an ungodly hour and the Memsaf is tired,go to the sitting room and give the baby "Mbegi" moja (10ml).Afterall si atakunyua akiwa mkubwasmile ?
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.
