I watched a documentary on the same on aljazeera which actually followed red cross and other renowned charitable ORGs.THe truth of the matter is the clothes donated is sold to generate money that can buy food and other essential items that is needed for majority of aid relief.Have you ever seen red cross or save a child donate second hand clothes to victims in dire need of food and shelter.
