Why do KCB ATMs go down in the morning? The one at NHIF is down. Weeks ago,most KCB ATMs were down around the CBD. What economy are we running here?

Some years ago a friend of mine who worked for the govt had a KCB account. He would plan to withdraw 'pesa ya weekend' on Firday after jobo. Only to get there at 5.15 p.m and find the ATMs fungad at 3.00 p.m. They would then start working on Monday at 10.00 a.m. We used to muse, 'KCB, the best way to save' I Think Therefore I Am
