Hi Bro. I bought a plot last year for 350,000.00 . The price now is 650,000.00 under a year. You can work out the gain.

This would be the best sector to invest in. You can do larger amounts if you can manage. This will happen while you continue doing your job. when you are ready to go solo, you will have the capex.

AS for other businesses, the effort you required is alot, the risks are high, returns ish ish but the worst is employee ethics in this country.
