one lucy wanja gatabaki has obtained court order restraining further dealings in fourways property. What is the real story here? I think the developer - suraya - is a fairly credible company

suraya bought matrimonial property thinking only the husband had all the rights to the property well the wife is now staking her claim to the property.

Is this Ms Gatabaki related to Njehu, a former Githunguri MP?

One thing I noted is that our residential market is being pushed by speculators. One guy had applied for 8 units!

I thought the wife's name is Sue Muraya. Does Pete have two wives?

Sue Wacheke is married to Peter Muraya hence Suraya

This was surprising to me until I remembered that there were similar stories when the project was kicking off. Interestingly, I saw a purchaser listed with similar names to the complainant!
