@Magigi;

You ought to be ashamed of yourself!!

When you signed up for the HELB finance deal,it was ver clearly stated that this was a loan..not a grant!!

You can't then now turn around and say that it was the responsibility of the GoK to educate you. That is being dishonest!

After all,the GoK contributed about 75% of your university finances and then gave you a soft loan on the balance 25% through HELB.

Kwani,how much money do think this GoK has?

And do you imagine that education is the only sector that needs the money?

By the way; do you pay your taxes willingly or is taken from you before you get your pay?

Shame,shame,shame on you!!!!

@K22,
Be ready for surprises.Work on the road between Saibuga and Isiolo is on and a small stretch all the way to the gate of Lewa downs should tell you what to expect.The other stretch from Barrier (Near Consolata P.S) to Archer's Post is almost complete.Give it to the Chinese road companies......To be honest,Isiolo is the next big thing.

...those who are cursing me,I wonder how many paid their loans willingly!!! You just got your payslip and found that HELB had started deducting its money. Then you went screaming on top of your voice to the human resources department to find out who gave them the authority to touch your money...

...Anyway,I have heard you. On my next visit,I will present a cheque to HELB...but without interest. 15 years is a hell of a lot of interest...
