@Fancyface and @mapozi, this could be as a result of your balance being held up as data charge. It happens when you use your phone to browse. You can terminate the data connection in your phone. If that doesnt work, switch the phone off and on, then try again. That should release the airtime held as data charge, and you can use it for voice or sms.

It happens to those who use the daily internet bundles via *544????...hush
