Also before you send her away..calculate her final dues:
1.severance pay-15days for each year worked *monthly rate=
2.pay in lieu of notice=1 month's pay=
3.leave days due=21 days* number of years worked=
4.compensation for wear and tear=use an agreed rate
monthly rate should be a sum total of monthly benefits,like food,accomodation,etc and add a sum for distress caused..and time wasted.
