@law6....i do nt think they r fake. My cuzo is a member of that land buying and he sold me mine. Not that thats proof enough bt i rem when we were doing transfer, our parentst(uncle/aunt to me and him) accompanied us and atleast, they know the directors well. As such, av never thot of them as fake....bt av never seen them so prime either. Bt am no expert.

@kflarge....i have done my checking. The land buying company is called 'mangu mwana wikiyo ltd.'. Nimeulizia and been told gatuanyaga ni nxt after the mangu land. Still on that note, gatundu is in same range. Found 100x100 going for 300. Are those the market rates?
