The second ManU goal is what Arsenal have been working on for the last six years but they have not been able to pull it off. Literally walking the ball in. Brilliant!

It was a nice goal....kind of what Arsenal fans are used to every season, the Perfect goal. The league starts this weekend, no more friendlies and useless matches.

...not used to brother, but what they crave for every season without getting!!!!

Great game by the ManU-gu, but as was indicated (I think by @Taz), Carrick is the weakest link....once subbed, the team gelled...

David De Gea is a good young keeper with alot of potential but i don't think he'll be very effective as Man Utd No. 1. He might need one or two seasons to adjust to the EPL otherwise he could find himself in Barthez's position a few years back.

Unless we buy another keeper - which we will not - we have no option but to stick with him. The nerves were evident yesterday [first half] but hopefully they will be banished sooner rather than later.

The Man U coaching staff had been following the lad for sometime and I'm sure they knew what they were doing when they chose him to replace VDS. But as the commentator asked at one point yesterday, "How do you replace the best?"
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
