Actually, pricing is 'fixed' in Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia & Tanzania [as I understand it] so the formulas applied in these countries would take care of the matter!
The 'cheap' stuff will take 2 weeks to get into Kenya... If KK has expensive stuff, it will sell it off by the 14th at the CURRENT price!!! I was at KK [using a K-Card] on Tuesday. A line of cars. I am sure KK will sell out the pricey stocks every Tues, Friday & Sunday!
Now... the KES has dropped to 93 so KK (or other OMCs) can't drop prices much more even with lower international oil prices.
