Plots in Thka jst after landless estate

Wasuans. Anyone who knows Thka veery well? I bought a plot 3yrs ago in a place jst after landless estate. I checked last wk and the prices are now 80k...from 50k in 3 yrs. How come pple dnt want to buy in this place? The plots r a km frm Thka Garissa rd.

Hapana, cant be. Mine i bought in 08 and @ 50k, last wk my cuzo told me zimepanda and are now selling @ 80k. I have asked him to get me 3 zimeshikana. The place isnt shooting up sijui why.

Its not gatundu, its gatuanyaga...i rem very well now. Past landless, pita a new estate along Garissa rd (naskia ni ya kafogo), on your right as you face kilimabogo/garissa. Its nt ndani that way, its a 1km or 1.5km max. When there, u see landless frm behind.
