The Government Spokesman Said..."So far, the Government does not have any official reports of a Kenyan that has died as a result of hunger"

The Media Reported...So far the Government does not have any reports of a Kenyan that has died as a result of hunger!!!

Am not on Trying to side with Mutua but why omit the word "official" Which makes the sentences to be totally different?

This is why during news i watch a movie or something!!!

If part of this money doesn't go towards giving permanent solutions for this perennial problem i will go and ask Mpesa hosts aka Safaricom to give me back my small contribution because this can never never be allowed to happen again.

@McRaggae,

The church's presence is invisible to the physical eye; but look deep within and you will see it.

Clue; Don't look for Rev.x or Pastor Y.

@McRaggae,@Vinii, and others,

These pastors x and y you are talking about may have given without wishing to be recognized,i.e. the left hand is ignorant of the rights doing.

And of course these people are not and cannot be the church. They may be a part of it, or even, they me be having nothing to do with the church.

Lets Not veer off the main issue. Giving is voluntary and no one should be condemned for not giving. The Catholic Church in the hard hit Turkana was helping,is helping, will continue to help those in need.

You will never hear anyone say how much the Catholic church has used to aid those in need. Contribute if you can, but don't chest thump coz how you give is more important than how much you give.

Wee wacha... where is chest thumping here... this is not a show of might... and if that is the way you are taking it, then you are mistaken... how would we know we are either close to the target we had given ourselves or not? i havent heard any wazua say how much they have given and i am sure they have given...

the reason why we need to see the church come out and do something about it is because when issues of politics come up, they are among the loudest.... when issues that truly affect Kenyans come up, they go completely quiet.... it is unacceptable.. if they are gonna keep quiet on issues affecting us, let them keep quiet on all issues (PEV, hunger etc... see what i mean?
