KQ needs to pay ita staff...theyre the drivers of the company...there is no need of posting record profits while u pay your workers peanuts..let them strike...who gives a damn about the share price...

1. KALPA isn't a union. it's an Airline Pilots Association.
2. Pilots are not the problem.
3. The problem is with the cabin crew and ground staff and I think their union could be AAWU - Aviation and Allied Workers Union.
