Which Plot to buy?- Embakasi, Ruiru, Ngong or Kitengela

i would definately buy the ngong plots if safcom sacco would sell them to me.

Really!!!? Kindly do research on this and specifically if non-members can buy. Never heard of such an amount in Ngong of late...

@nostoppingthis if it's true the ngong plots are going for 400k then that's a real bargain.

Non sacco members dont qualify.. from the interest generated I have aclue where to go...The plots are exacty 5.5 km from Ngong town in the direction of the AP camp.

kibiko is on the by-pass and thus will be tarmacked at some point, go a further 10km and buy 5 Acres now, then wait!

do you have the actual details of the bypass, as in where it will pass?

@Rollins, @subzero Greater Southern Bypass Daystar-Kitengela (EPZ/ Police St) ongata rongai(Gataka Rd)-ngong(through kibiko) to susswa(narok)road is exiesting & passable by car just needs to be tarmacked.
check googlemaps white dotted line from msa rd to mt suswa to kijabe
past kibiko straight on
