P.S: this drunkard dude is probably in the US, enjoying the fruits of others, basking in their sweat n blood, n now having the audacity to make unfortunate negatives about his homeland. Akin to a street child who luckily gets housed n calls the rest of the unfortunate kids stupid. Nkt.

Kenya is doing very well, even to the point of inviting the Somalis to eat food we don't have...

USA is THE failed state. They cannot repay their loans ( T bills and Bonds)why coz, one president decided to fight stupid wars and now they cant stop fighting). Now the entire systems are collapsing. All this after 200 years of democraziness. Period.

I don't think we're a failed state. I think we're a country that's not perfect, with some problems here and there but poised for greatness.
Don't forget that Norway is one of the most peaceful country and one of the best places to live in the world...

BBI will solve it

I think it's a case of failed leadership (politically) rather than a failed nation...

Joke of all times: They ranked us "better" in 2008 when we were killing each other and before anyone had been resettled after the PEV than today!

I was not surprised especially after reading the name of the NGO "Funds for Peace".

Clearly just like activists in Kenya (Matata and Co.),they just want more funding to fill their tummies. If they write something good, they loose sponsors.

.... Forget about how they define a fail state, does anyone question the fact that we've fail as a country? forget about fail state thing, we've failed as a country, we fight each othe poor to poor, others are starving, corruption, drug trafficking, diseases, we beg, looking at all these, there is no question we've fail as a country, we don't need to defend that.

That also sounds like the US and UK, so what is your point?

Do you have either something positive to say, or some solutions, or does your Kenya-bashing have no end?

This list is a subjective tool to influence who invests where. No more, no less.

.... We're all fighting to protect what we all know, again, I understand since we've been so abused by our leaders to the extend that we're psychologically affected. Maybe I am brained washed or maybe what I see is not what everyone sees like someone guess, yes I live in USA and I have lived here for 12 yrs(That doesn't make me an American) and for the past 6 yrs I have been visiting Kenya twice a year and I know I am sober in what I have seen and my judgements.

I know Wazuans are educated cream of Kenyans and I know we all know that we're doing alot of things wrong, I hate when I hear that people are starving in Kenya and every senseable person ought to feel the same, it is a total failure and the times we should be looking hard on ourselve we try to throw in other countries' failures i.e we try to throw in USA debt crisis we even throw slavery in just to excuse our failures, so until we take responsibility of our actions nothing is going to change. It is sad when ordinary Kenyan start using same slogans as the politicians, why is it that we claim to want to solve our own problems but when we don't we point at Western failures to justify our actions?

Again maybe I am stupid, brainwashed son of a gun but I think I know how a government should treat it's people and I also think I know how people should respond to their leaders and failure of their leaders, Kenyans should be outrage by starvation, Kenyans should be stalking their MPs and government officials now, we shouldn't be bashing some stupid ranking agency because they said we're failed state. Yes we're failed state!

Drunkard, jaribu the western side of el paso! then you will know what a failed state is! We are not US, for a guy that travels alot (many countries - not just 1) i know how good kenya is compared to some places that are 'not failed states'. lets face it, if Kenya was somehow considered a 'stable' country - where will akina Okiya 'o-Myororo' Omutata get their daily bread from? The more Kenya looks bad the more civil society NGOs can convince their masters to fund them.
