This thing was bound to fail and it has not just failed but failed completely! Is that ka-company still running or SCOM sued them off their pants and underwears?

It has not failed at all, people who wanted to port actually ported and they are happy now with their current networks. How do you determine failure and did you expect all mobile subscribers (including yourself) to port?

I think what he means is that it failed spectacularly for two firms namely Airtel and Porting Access Kenya. The number of subscribers who ported was not worth the hype the whole thing had been given by those two firms, let alone the amount of money they invested.
