All the more embarrassing!! I had so much hope in this dude i thought he would be just a little bit different! Naaah,not one bit... same coat circulating between him,thirikwa,gachara and kimondo!! I have realised he cant stand on his feet but has to hang on the uhurus et al.... mmmmh,it was a bad move supporting the 'evil alliances' of Ruto and Uhuru.... Of course he is being used and he will be dumped so quickly he wont know what hit him.

No driver has been replaced.If anything,parliamentarians are telling MK that he needs not a driver for a hopelessly dead bus.BTW,parliament has the capacity to dismantle that bus and sell it as scrap and buy a new one........did i hear you say Amen?.

@Wote,i thought Mpenzi asked a valid question,cite the law that says parliament can annul in a BINDING form a gazette notice. It is laughable seeing Orengo quoted as citing section 85 of the constitution on powersto revoke executive orders as justification for this one.

All said and done I think Kibaki made his point,parliament has made its point,the court will make its point and as Kenyans we should celebrate that the three arms of government may actually be checking each other's powers and yet hakuna reli imengolewa. Believe you me parliament needs to be checked too for they were not baptised MPIGS in vain. And this demonising of MPs for voting like sambili did is a form of witch-hunting,that defeats the whole argument about democracy- would you rather MPs agreed all the time,like they did about their salaries and taxation? One thing is for sure,as long as Kibaki's MPs are outnumbered in parliament we will continue to have this kind of drama.

Mpenzi,if am not wrong,the board and parliament has 3 months within which to fill vacancy of director of KACC,so what happens when parliament is in recess for beyond the 3 months as they usually do from December?

I am sure that must have been a slip of the tongue...Parliament like everyone else,is guided by the law and all laws of Kenya.Standing orders just guide debate and conduct of members inside the house.
