thanks for that, i also thank the kenya police for bringing some sanity on some roads especially at round abouts during the rush hours. kudos to them
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

And need I also add the work of Ms Matagaro, a children's officer.

Many at times we have been blinded by news reports and past experiences that whenever we walk intoa public office, we psychologically expect to be treated badly when in most instances the officers are always ready to assist.

I was greatly humbled when I went to renew my passport at Nyayo house. Even though there is some room for improvement, many private sector entities and parastatals cannot match the level of service displayed by those Passport office staff, who by the way work from 7am to 7pm if I'm not wrong.

This is the news I always look forward to only to get the usual twedy twerof nonsense. I know that the police and public servants do try to do good work. They may fail in some instances but they succeed in most.
