That is one answer I would want to get. If you go to Kajiado for a title search, (to confirm the land is actually held by the ID owner you met), you pay 500 to a government office. When you take the yellow receipt to the registrar of lands, you are told to come back the next day for the results. Traveling to Kajiado costs you the whole day plus transport is like 1000 on fuel. So, you cant afford a second visit. On advise, I was told not to pay at the cash office but to pay direct to the guy doing the search. That way, I avoid paying the government. But I got the search deed results in ten minutes. Stupid government lost revenue, I became corrupt, but my business was fulfilled.
Question, who was the sick person who decided to make Kajiado to be the regional headquarters? The population there is minute to justify we in Kitengela, Rongai and Ngong going there. Its a sign that Africans are at times more closer to wildlife than humanity.
