can i reach you to talk about the KIM katani plots from 2009? I got two then through a Fred but I have not been there since. I am curious what the value is like now.

@kiterunner, same here! Bought two thro someone, got the title but have no clue where they are located. I hear the valu is appreciating esp if its strategically located. Will try and follow up then i will update you. Cheers

many thanks, i have found this website to be extremely resourceful, someone should compile all the info into a book. I have been struggling to collect info on finances and investments but I have never come close to so much reliable info at ago. Kudos everyone for sharing your experiences. This is going to be my new social forum.

Shame on you GUYS, UTAWALA? Shame on you 170K A QUARTER? may be there is another Utawala.......the one i know, 40x80 is 800k... u better visit the 'utawala' before u commit ur hard earned cash..... check the value for Tamarid Properties, which is beyond utawala and u will have a clue....its like saying a plot is along Mombasa rd, bu in real seance, its mombasa rd near Voi.Shame on you

the thread started in 2009,we are in 2011 though the price was way above the 170k.

hi i bought an 1/8 through this KIM project and i want to dispose it
any idea how much they are going at, will appreciate your ideas

the plots are located past KATANI shopping centre and neighbours a chinese kware company.
