Saw this online and couldn't tell where realism ended and chauvinism began. What do you guys think?

No challenges please, Fida, defending the country is best left to the men

Kwamchtsi uses satire to jog your mind. The quiz we should ask is: were there eligible ladies to be promoted to be among the six?
My take.
Ladies joined the forces, first only as servicewomen and then much laater, as officers. only officers can be commdrs at the level of the 'six appointed'. That is, the gals are still too juniooooooooor in their ranks to lead the forces.
That brings another quiz. is it possible for a lady to lead men to war?

True. Kwamchetsi's satire was not lost on me. And through it, he raises the important question you point out; "Is it possible for a lady to lead men to war?". More broadly, and what I hope this discussion will be about,to what extent are the sexes equal? Isn't it a fact that one sex is more suitable for some roles and responsibilities than others? If this is the case, what roles and responsibilities are these? Who decides them? If this is not the case, what are we saying about, say, the family or religion - two entities that espouse gender-based role division? How do we tell today's young man who grew up with a father whose word was law that he is now an equal partner with his wife... to consult on every non-trivial decision? And if we are taking equality that seriously, what happens to chivalry, to chasing a girl, to cooking for your man... What does equality make right, what does it make wrong and where do we draw the line?

this constitution was made by activists and not necessarily people who understood constitution.

Does this make the composation of the Military Leadership Illegal?

People should be hired/promoted/demoted purely based on Merit.

Gender Equality is a myth. There can be theoretical as well as Practical explanations to that statement.

However, Good Luck to FIDA

When we accept that we can never be equal, that both genders have unique roles to play & that these roles complement each other. Only then can we enjoy this life as God intended. Today relationships & marriages are experiencing problems because instead of complementing each other we are busy competing with each other.
