Dear Wazuans,
How do you stop self ESOS( Employee "Stock" Ownership Schemes) and Self "Bonus" Issues in a Hardware Store.

The employees issue bonuses to themselves and sell stock kinyuma nyuma(cash & stock theft)

Your views will be appreciated.

@Querry. Pole sana. Seems your staff heard about ESOP and decided to start the same but an upgraded version "ESOS" with Self Bonus Issues with Rights Issues thrown in for good measure. In my opinion just invest in a WM & CCTV.

WM is something most people call a watchman & CCTV is those tv which don't need aerials and they only receive one station - Your Shop. On a serious note, just be like a Muhindi, invest in a daytime & night time company watchman, cctv and discourage staff wearing aprons & overalls when going out or leaving the shop. Have one entrance which is manned by the company watchman. If its rampant subject the staff to searches when leaving the premises - I know this might elicit strong responses from Wazuans but its your investment & you need to protect it. In my own opinion

Thank you- it is not that big hence a watchman= more expenses
