I find no such term in the Bible.
Is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles too? Yes, of Gentiles too Romans 3:29
Also, no words such as religion ,judaism or christianity.
Religions are by-products of our cultures and might have nothing to do with The Creator.
Unlike animals we homo sapiens have an unwritten code which greatly varies from place to place.A cow in the Lappland and the maasai plain behave more or less .
As for humans a difference of a province means a lot in terms behaviour patterns!!!

The bible is unlikely to have been altered just like majority of scriptures found in most societies ,this is especially if you understand how we humans work.
We human beings don't alter it is too painstaking and counter productive we usually come with entirely new stuff.
On a word of caution we live in era where the The Creator calls himself "A Son of Man."Meaning He has acquired human perceptions courtesy of a certain Jewish lady.
