its just but too early to rule out liverfools among the top 10 this season..but again...maybe you know more...anyway..Wenger must strengthen the relationship with Benitez..am sure the guy can hook him up with Torres ..enough said..imagine Torres at the emirates...damn..then they get rid of Bendtner..that guy is not a striker..just like adebayour..whenever he is in the lineup..nothing good comes out of arsenal...so torres to the emirates.

i love your smile

@mlefu.
Torres might be a good addition but not for now. So far Gunners have scored more goals than any other team this season. I think what's been letting them down is the defence. Need more invest more there. But I'm sure Gunners fans myself included are enjoying this season.

The Xabi Alonso excuse makes me sick .Xabi was never a favourite at Anfield.Infact Xabi was set for a move to Arsenal for little less than $15 Million at the end last season but the move fell thro' coz Benitez could not capture Gareth Barry.

His selling price was hilarious.With exception of his long cross field passes he is not a quality player and that is why Benitez let him go.The fact that Drente and Vander Vaat are still at Real hammers the point home.

What is happening to Liverpool is not new.Arsenal almost won Premiership in 07/08 but collapsed after the B,ham disaster.

Liverpool won the UEFA champions league with the likes of Djimi Traore.

Fortunes change.

The problem is Alonso's departue. Benitez played a 4-2-3-1 of which Alonso was integral. His pinpoint passing meant Mascherano was free to search and destroy.The midfield is now unstable as Lucas can hardly pass to save his life,loses possession easily and is a poor tackler.Mascherano therefore has to cover for Lucas which means the defence is left exposed.Carragher the rock at the Liverpool defence is creaking and his great days are clearly past him. While Agger and Skrtel will eventually be the new central defenders and Aquilani will provide more of an attacking impetus it will not be enough to seriously challenge for the title.

As a Liverpool fan it is clear this is another lost season.Two things must happen for there to be change: the departure of Benitez,switching to a more offensive mode and better use of the transfer cash.

we lose n win together....unlike some teams(read chelsea) that has fans who dont know who ws the coach before 'the special one'...

After all is said and done,the only other team that equals liverpool is manU...Ppl say we havent won in 20yrs...kwani football started in 1990?...

we lost to fulham becoz the ref ws overzealous....we had control of the game n a draw was on the cards..maybe even a win..but those red cards were more than harsh...

add the beachball goal against sunderland..and yul realize its only bad luck strangling us...the only bad games were against spurs n fiorentina...

liverpool damu.

@enigma,
You Liverpool fans have been cerebrating history for too long mpaka you forgot that most people don't care about yesterday's news. Everytime Liverpool is thrashed history comes up. Why not recall Ian Rush and the rest to play?
Did you hear Americans singing Carl Lewis praises when Tyson Gay was beaten by Bolt?

Don't forget that Newcastle,Leeds,Everton,West Brom,Burnley etc have also won the premiership but other than themselves who else really care?

A critical look at English top teams reveals amazingly symmetrical histories of Liverpool n manugu. Liverpool led a winning streak,manugu always followed up. Manugu may just tilt the balance this season.
