Given that most US Kenyans are more emotional than intelligent, this thread will definitely end up being controversial. We [some, not all] might not be intelligent and mature enough to take a joke!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

does not want to buy his beer at places where it costs ksh 150 when there are places where it costs ksh 250...

does not want to pay rent...

does not want to, in one sitting, eat a meal less than the equivalent value of monthly rent...

does not mind being given a big office tagged "manager" with a computer, tv, sofa set and a secretary for a monthly salary of ksh 2500...

...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...
