I love the way medical insurance has evolved, from the manual way of having to look at long and numerous excel sheets and making endless phones to confirm one's cover, to the use of biometrics and smart cards which looks like the future of this industry.
Who pays people to think this much?

@Chalan, there is a medical insurance business killer called fraud. It forces the managers of these businesses to either think or go the mediplus way.
Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...
