Age...Moulting...Lightining...feed to egg conversion...during winter chicken tend to eat more...they need the energy to keep themselves warm..feed them more...im sorry if your profit margins drop...also check the age of your layers...old ones deserve to be culled...also lightining atleast 14hrs...sorry vitamins wont help.
