If they had concentrated in their Core Business they would not be facing their current predicament.
Offering ICT solutions were its key business,helping corporates and SME reap the benefit of internet,Thats where the money was, once it ventured off into Infrastructural provision thats where they went wrong.
Their Home.co.ke portal was a step in the right direction in that to fully utilize the increased bandwidth content provision was necessary and up to now a portal that offers relevant content would reap big in this market.
openview still offers hope but its quite disheartening to see safaricom take business which AK should be the one making in particular the KBA deal.
The somen have experience and technical know how to turn around the company I dont know why they are so hesitant or confused in their business strategy.
