Yes. The obvious interpretation is not the correct interpretation. Every word in this assertion of that institution is not to be taken casually.

I've learnt something... you can steal from Kenya and get away with it so long as you don't take your chums to Jersey... smile

There has been deliberate action by the UKGov to permanently remove Jersey from the list of tax havens...

Where do they go next... switzerland / british & US virgin islands / caymans / bahamas / dubai / monaco

The Bankers in Jersey must be shitting themeselves... or opening new branches

Court declines to grant orders against the extradition of Chris Okemo and Samuel Gichuru to the United Kingdom over corruption.

But only because the time is not right.
They are to bring their case only after the Govt seeks to etradite them.
The court actually expects them to file their case then.
This may turn out to be a long drawn court battle.

I am not too convinced of Govt resolve to get them punished!

I pray that I be proven wrong though!

Any word from the courts about the 2 fugitives?

I listened to Tobiko this morning and the guy was at pains about his public lynching, hope he nails this case to effectively wash his hands.

You are confusing Barnabas, the apostle, with Barrabbas, the thug who was set free while Jesus was crucified.
