KCB, KGN, clearly long term. Uchumi? Speculative or short term? Re-adjusting portfolios is always tricky. Consider which is unlikely to stay low longer and add, then top up the others later.

@underweight. Ok. I see. However how do you think it will go to 11.50. Unless 13.00 support breaks. I dont think so. 12.90 is the one year low, and i think its the bottom, or close to the bottom.

@ Cdemonomotapa I believe cable will be propped up by transcentury otherwise a profit warning is in the offing.

That's too speculative & rich for my blood. All the best though. Cheers.

Btw a few years back E.A Cables used to release quartely reports even sooner than some backs. That was when they were doing well...they have since ceased. A red flag? Tafakari...

Cheers bro. KGN is my only counter in the red even in this period (Av.16.4) so if i were to buy now it will come lower to 15.1. Adding KCB would have me further over-weight. Uchumi is speculative for me..yet to fully commit till after FY results, would love to convert it to long (Av.10.3). My out-lier is KK (Av.9.6) which has since rallied so i'm not looking to add unless it cracks substantially before H1s.

Good news for Industrial stocks who lost value due to weakening of the shilling. Hope the shilling does gain some ground against the dollar as stated in the article.

Shame on you In my own opinion I believe the following counter have almost hit their rock bottom prices and the only direction is North fundamentals held constant.... EA Cables at 11.50, Sameer Africa @ 4.50, Express Kenya @ 4.20, kenya Re at 8.00 Olympia Capital 4.20 and KenGen at 11.50! What your take on this and any other that U feel have hit rock bottom too! Over to you wazuans!

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Am rolling on the floor laughing my head off. Ati Matu, Express and Merali. Have you checked their fundamentals? Those are stocks best avoided. I'd rather go the KK way, KPLC, and maybe, just maybe Kengen for the long haul
