About time. Some of these boards really suck - KNRE comes to mind. How the hell can a board preside over a share price trading at half its Net Asset Value and there is nary a squeak (or is a squawk) from the MD?! At least the KPLC chap sure gives the impression he is mighty concerned about his company!

My, My! My comment was actually aimed at ineffectual boards whether made up of men or women.

On the other hand, I am sure you have hit a raw nerve with these comments.
