Kakuzi year ahead

Guys after reading the above article please advise if Kakuzi is still a good buy or not. They are well diversified in the Avocado market and since the parent company is in UK i think it will be easy for them to catch the European market for Avocados easily.

They sit on very good land so I hold quite a chunk bought at very high prices (won't say what but its embrassing)....

Good reason to venture into agriculturals', especially those within the environs of the city or those with land near upcoming major projects... this is one of the reasons VVS loves UNGA ltd.(their land in NBO industrial area and Nakuru)

@The Merchant. Some you win, some you lose. Good counter in the long term. Have to confess I have always preferred WTK and Limuru Tea in the agricultural space.

Thanks @mwanahisa. Ill stick with it as the only agricultural stock I own. My holding period is Very LONG....smile

With the good rains pounding the country i anticipate all the business lines of Kakuzi to perform better than 2011.
