http://www.thecitizen.co...-earn-more-from-avocado
Guys after reading the above article please advise if Kakuzi is still a good buy or not. They are well diversified in the Avocado market and since the parent company is in UK i think it will be easy for them to catch the European market for Avocados easily.

Good reason to venture into agriculturals', especially those within the environs of the city or those with land near upcoming major projects... this is one of the reasons VVS loves UNGA ltd.(their land in NBO industrial area and Nakuru)

@The Merchant. Some you win, some you lose. Good counter in the long term. Have to confess I have always preferred WTK and Limuru Tea in the agricultural space.

I believe some farmers in Kiambu made more from selling their land than profits they made farming coffee for 20 years! Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

With the good rains pounding the country i anticipate all the business lines of Kakuzi to perform better than 2011. -Tea -Pineapple -Avocado -Macadamia nuts -Forestry -Livestock History will not remember you for your IQ. It will remember you for what you did. “Genius is 1 percent inspiration, 99 percent perspiration.” Thomas Edison
