Absolutely spot-on.
And the answer is, just as soon as they get all the opium they can from Afghanistan in order to make a trillion more pain pills and 100 billion more dollars. Pain pills that will end up on the streets of the US and UK. Money that will end up in Swiss and US Banks.
And then they will sit back and whine and get in everyone else's business about drug trafficking, money laundering, and carbon-credits/pollution- The lion telling the bullfrog not to eat meat, because of the killing.
