It seems to me that as generations go, parents urge to protect their children grows stronger and stronger. In the days of our ancestors, as soon as you were able to have an erection, you were sent into the real world to hunt lions! Nowadays, it is becoming norm for children to live under their parents care till mid/ late twenties as they hustle for papers before finally being released into the real world. Woe unto you if your adult instincts make you want to fend for yourself before this point. You will probably be branded a naive, rebellious youth who doesn't know what is good for him.
My question is, are we headed in the right direction with this continuous parental pampering?
