Wooden green house on sale

I am disposing a wooden green house(30m * 8m)in kentengela constructed in march 2010. The reasons for disposing is that the person who had lent me the plot is currently disposing it.

Sell it to the guy buying the land. With smart accounting, the buyer can claim the green house as standing timber, then claim it as a deductible expense for tax purposes. In effect he will have got the house for free when he sells it . That is tax avoidance, not evasion.
