Does anyone know how much an acre is selling at Kisaju, Kitengela? Thanks

They are going up daily and depends on how far the land is from the road. Near the road, you need to plan in the range of 3.0 M to 4.0 M.

It is that bad! The best.

Why the hype on Kitengela? At such prices, Id rather do Thika rd.

Thiks Road is NOT affordable. We are talking about 1 acre piece of land near the roda at 3M; I can tell you the same will be 10M on Thika Road.

Plus there are other factors why many people would rather be on Namanga and Mombasa Roads.

1)Kitengela is more cosmopolitan compared to Thika RD
2)Hakuna jam Msa RD ..Jam unaipata Nyayo stadium.

And it is less that 28kms from CBD as oppossed to Kisaju which is over 35km

@Pedro. Lolest,

There is commuter train services, already working, in Kitengela. This means alot to people who need to travel to work to CBD. This makes the place preferrable than Thika Rd for now.
